1. Delivery Fee Standard
- Free local delivery within delivery coverage area.
- Address outside our delivery radius: Self-pickup only without delivery option.
2. Delivery Delay Solution
Over 90 mins delivery delay caused by store preparation error: customer can choose 20% order refund or equivalent store credit for next purchase; delay from bad weather/traffic no compulsory refund, store offers complimentary small appetizer coupon as compensation optionally.
3. Refund Eligibility Rules
- Full Refund: Wrong dish delivered, cold spoiled food, missing ordered items (must provide photo proof within 1 hour after food receipt via support email).
- Partial Refund: Single dish quality problem only refund corresponding dish amount.
- No Refund: Customer wrong address/phone leading undelivered order, personal dislike on food taste after normal delivery completion.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refund will be returned to original payment account within 3-7 business banking days per US bank settlement rules.
